3. Calculator, Formula and Problem-Solving Information

Basic Maths Guide allows users to enter mathematical expressions, numbers, equations, formulas, and problems.

These inputs are designed to be processed locally on the user’s Android device for calculation and educational purposes.

For example, when a user enters a mathematical expression into the normal calculator, scientific calculator, or formula-solving feature, the calculation is performed by the App on the device.

We do not intentionally transmit these mathematical inputs to our servers.

4. Local Device Processing and Storage

The App may temporarily use the device’s memory or local application storage for normal operation.

For example, Android may maintain application data, cached information, temporary values, or settings as part of normal App operation.

Such locally processed information is not intentionally transmitted to us for user identification, tracking, profiling, advertising, or marketing.

Users may be able to clear locally stored application information through the Android device’s application settings, subject to the behavior of the particular Android version and device manufacturer.

5. Account and Sign-In

Current Version

No sign-in or account registration is currently required.

Users can use the current core features of Basic Maths Guide without creating an account.

Future Versions

We are continuously working to improve Basic Maths Guide and may introduce additional features in future updates.

A future version may include an optional or required sign-in/account feature.

If we introduce account registration, Google Sign-In, email authentication, phone authentication, cloud synchronization, profiles, or any other feature that requires personal information, we will:

9.3 Indian Child Protection

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a “child” means an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age.

The current version of Basic Maths Guide is designed not to collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly create behavioral profiles of children or use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.

11. DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 – India

The Government of India published the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 in November 2025, with different provisions taking effect according to the notified commencement schedule.

The current version of Basic Maths Guide is designed not to require the collection of users’ personal data.

Mathematical calculations and formula-solving inputs are designed to remain on the user’s device and are not intentionally transmitted to us.

11.2 Data Fiduciary

To the extent applicable under the DPDP Act, Basic Maths Guide Application (Dasin Infotech) may be a Data Fiduciary for personal data processing for which we determine the purpose and means.

However, because the current core App functionality does not require collection of users’ personal data, we do not maintain a user database for the core mathematics features.

11.3 Children’s Data

The DPDP Act defines a child as an individual who has not completed eighteen years of age.

If future versions of the App process personal data of children, we will comply with the applicable requirements governing children’s personal data.

11.4 Rights and Grievance Redressal

Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable rules, Data Principals may have rights relating to their personal data, including applicable rights concerning:

Because the current App does not intentionally collect users’ personal data, there may be no personal data held by us to access, correct, or erase.

12. Data Security

We follow a privacy-by-design approach by minimizing the collection of personal information.
